About the Author CLEVELAND SALMON is an architect and maintains a private practice in Antioch, Tennessee. In private practice he specializes in affordable, energy-efficient design, with completed works in Jamaica, St. Croix (U.S. Virgin Islands), and North America. Mr. Salmon studied architecture at the University of Technology (formerly the College of Arts, Science, and Technology) in Kingston, Jamaica, and at Howard University in Washington, D.C.
